Online shopping
Buying online could not be easier. Feel free to browse our online store and should you wish to make a purchase just click the 'add to cart' icon and your choice will be displayed in your shopping cart. Once you have made a selection you can either continue to browse our shop or simply click on the 'checkout' icon, doing this will require you to enter a few details essential for us to fill your order.

Online security
Our site uses a secure server enabling you to safely send important and valuable information such as card details with complete peace of mind. All card details are destroyed properly after use.

Delivery
Items are normally sent by Royal Mail or by courier for particularly large objects. Orders are despatched within 2-3 days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of this and you can decide whether to cancel, defer, or order an alternative item. For Overseas customer, there may be an additional delivery charge, please contact us for details.

Guarantee
All products are guaranteed for one year under the manufacturer’s warranty. Should you experience any difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to rectify any problem. Unlimited Lifetime Guarantees are the manufacturer’s responsibility and should you have a claim it is advised that you contact them directly, we will be happy to help you with details regarding your claim.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase from our online shop, then simply return it to us, within 14 days of receipt. We ask only that the item has its original tags and packaging, that it has not been used or damaged, and that you return it to us along with a note describing the problem. We will either replace the item, or issue a refund, within 28 days. Country Life cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit so, for your peace of mind, we recommend that you return items using Post Office Special Delivery Next Day. This service not only allows you to track the item, it also offers insurance cover up to a value of £500.

Tax/VAT
VAT will apply to all orders for the UK and the European Union at 17.5%.

Privacy Policy
Country Life assures you that your information will not be passed on to third parties unless it is for delivery purposes and will be used only for the duration of which it is required to fulfil your order. If you request that we can use your information such as your address details for marketing etc you are advised that all standard data protection requirements apply.
